15 business days (Express Shipping): You may request a reshipment or refund.

Important: We allow only one reshipment per order. If the reshipment also fails to arrive, we will issue a store credit or partial refund.

Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically make 1-3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, a pickup notice will be left. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender, and a reshipment fee will apply.
